Jennifer Nix is a former editor-at-large for Chelsea Green Publishing, a producer for NPR’s “On the Media” and staff writer for Variety. Her work has also appeared in New York, the New York Observer, the Nation, the National Law Journal, the Village Voice, and Wired, as well as on Salon, Huffington Post, Alternet and many political blogs. She is also a co-founder of the international school-building non-profit, buildOn; was a former fellow at the DC-based thinktank, New Politics Institute/NDN; and has contributed to Other Voices and Guernica. Nix is currently at work on a screenplay, and is the associate producer on Haydn Reiss’s forthcoming documentary, “Robert Bly: News of the Universe.”
