		<description>Here here. I experienced the same thing after spending a week in North Carolina a couple of years ago, at (wait for it) Amiri Baraka&#039;s side. It would take us 45 minutes to walk across the hotel lobby that would normally take 30 seconds, because of all the people that wanted to talk with him, get his autograph, and his picture. I was his friend, and there with him, and it was a high like no other.
The next week at home was unreal as I wound my way back to earth. It felt like a let down, but it was my life. But I still remember the feeling that I had while strolling with a master.
