		<description>Hi Kwame,
I remember that football game against KC so much. Shenk &quot; The God&quot; and i went to Papine Junior Secondary School together. I also went to JC one year behind him. I have played with him quite a few times as an adult. In 1996 I took an Over-30 football team (soccer) to Jamaica and played the Barbican Team on which he played then. he still had the touch. he came on in the 2nd half and had two assist in a 5-2 lost by his team. I felt it hard when we lost to those purple and white fron North Street. I graduated from JC in 1976. Now residing in USA, Connecticut. This past week-end JC lost to Calabar in the Walker Cup final. Hope they can win the Manning Cup this year as it has been 33 years since we last saw it. Still I think we still have the record for the most wins.

		<description>Dear Vita,
At risk of destroying the one chance I will ever have to be perceived of as a child prodigy, I should state that in Jamaica, at the time I attended school there, age eleven was the age people went to high school. Most high schools covered seven years of schooling. Glad gym worked out well for you guys. (smile)
One love
KD

<description>you entered high school at eleven years of age? impressive
sorry, that just jumped out at me
I know in the Seventies the NYC public school system had very little money for school athletics. At Stuyvesant we were allowed one semester of gym per year, with climbing the stairs to class considered a sufficient work out for the rest of the year. and gym class sometimes had a student headcount of @ one hundred. I met my present husband standing around in gym class, waiting for others to go before me on the equipment
