		<description>I would add the Poetry Room in City Lights bookstore to the list.
Even when there are no readings on tap, you can still feel the sense of history in the room. The pictures of the Beat generation and signs like &quot;We Love Books&quot; also helps. ;-)
Mad kudos to events coordinator Peter Maravelis who does a great job of making everyone feel at home and allows both the fine writers and the audience to share in the sense of history.
Definitely a must visit for any poetry fan.
