Rachel Maddow Tweet! Beloved Friend Jill McDonough Wins a Pushcart Prize!

Rachel Maddow just tweeted: “My beloved friend Jill McDonough just won the Pushcart Prize for this poem.” It’s called “Preface,” is in the Harvard Review, and seems a bit wry. But moreover! Yes, of course Rachel Maddow is friends with poets! This makes us happy. Also, we’re not sure the Pushcarts have even been officially announced yet! Congrats to McDonough.
