Forms & Features at the Chicago Public Library: Pantoum

All experience levels are welcome to a discussion and creative workshop led by Poetry Foundation Library Coordinator Maggie Queeney.

In March, we explore the pantoum, a form born of Malaysian oral poetry that draws heavily upon repetition, rhyme, and juxtaposition. Participants will read and discuss a wide range of poems before composing original pantoums.
