New to the Archive

By Harriet Staff

It’s been some time since we checked in with what’s new in our archive, so we thought we’d pull out a few file-folders and see what’s been added. We’ll start with poems we’ve included by some Harriet contributors. First, we have poems from Paisley Rekdal’s latest book Animal Eye. Among other things, we learn why some girls love horses. We also amped up our offerings of poems by last month’s featured blogger, Dawn Lundy Martin. You can find those poems here, here, and here. And this month we’re poised to learn all the joys of solipsism with Nick Twemlow. Other poems by Nick are here and here.

Other notable additions are poems by Joel Craig from his book The White House. The title track can be found here.

We beefed up our offerings of poems by Brenda Hillman by adding poems from her three most recent volumes.

And then added three poems by Muriel Rukeyser here, here, and here.

Go to our index of recently added poems to see all those poems we’ve been stacking in. But before that we’ll round out this episode of new to the archive with a pantoum by Randall Mann. Because who doesn’t appreciate a pantoum!
