Sorting Facts

We are very sad to hear of filmmaker Chris Marker’s passing at the age of 91. In sorting through the news items about his death, we came across this exciting piece at the New Directions blog. We’re of course thrilled to see ND will be publishing Susan Howe’s essay on Marker, Sorting Facts, or Nineteen Ways of Looking at Chris Marker in their revamped “Poetry Pamphlet Series.” Surf over to read a short excerpt, and be on the lookout for Howe’s pamphlet in January 2013.
