Jake Austen, editor of Roctober magazine and founder and co-host of the cult-favorite dance show Chic-a-Go-Go, is celebrating Poetry’s 100th birthday by creating and submitting 100 poetry-themed gag panels for publication, and he’s documenting the process here. For the next many Mondays we will post our favorites for your pleasure. To kick it off, here’s one that riffs on William Carlos Williams’s delightful poem “This Is Just to Say.”
