The Teen Summer Poetry Camp 1 is free and open to poetry-loving youth of all experience levels in grades 9 and 10.  The camp will take place for two hours a week for three consecutive weeks. This is a special opportunity to read, write, and talk about poetry in one of the only buildings in the world dedicated to the art form. Together we will analyze a variety of different poetic works, and develop poetic storytelling skills by writing, sharing, and collaborating on new poems. Students will end with individualized reading lists, notebooks with at least five poems in multiple drafts, and as community members of the Poetry Foundation Library.

This camp is limited to 15 participants, so please RSVP soon to reserve your spot! RSVP at [email protected]
