Bloomberg quotes "Donkey Carts"

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg concluded his 9/11 speech with a line from Matthew Shenoda's poem, "Donkey Carts and Desolation:"

"Ingenuity is the notion of building/On a foundation made from loss"
