Poor Claudia Issue 5 Just Out

Poet Brian Foley, writing swell oer at HTMLGIANT, points us to the very newest issue of Poor Claudia, a journal and small press based out of Portland, OR.

The Poor Claudia folks write of issue no. 5: "Clean-cut, slim, and summery, if No. 5 were a cigarette she'd be a Gauloises, if she were a drink she'd be a tart negroni. Saddle-stitched chapbook on laid and linen paper." Lovely!

Foley includes the list of contributors, which are Jae Choi, Julia Cohen, Jennifer Denrow, Brian Foley, Graham Foust, Noah Eli Gordon, Dorothea Lasky, Anthony McCann, Sawako Nakayasu, Christie Ann Reynolds, and Mathias Svalina. He also links to chapbooks by Dan Beachy-Quick and Justin Marks & Paige Taggart; and to a DVD collection of eight short films from Ish Klein called SUCCESS WINDOW. Also much excitingly, the post includes an excerpt from issue no. 4, Macgregor Card's "Spasmodic Tragedy."
