LA Times Announces 2011 Book Prize Finalists in Poetry

The 2011 Los Angeles Times Book Prize finalists have been announced. The Prizes will be presented on Friday, April 20, 2012, in a public ceremony at the LA Times Festival of Books. The poetry nods:

Discipline, Dawn Lundy Martin (Nightboat Books)
The Public Gardens, Linda Norton (Pressed Wafer)
Double Shadow: Poems, Carl Phillips (Farrar, Straus and Giroux)
Devotions, Bruce Smith (University of Chicago Press)
