1.) “It was fantastic to be on the set again with Denzel (Washington) and Antoine (Fuqua) and then to have the situation be so different. We weren’t making a sequel to Training Day. We were in the middle of the desert riding around on some horses, and I remember one time, while we were all saddled up, Denzel, Antoine and I read our favorite poems from Deep Code by John Coletti to each other. It was really magical time in my life.”
