Wendy Salinger’s memoir Listen was published by Bloomsbury in 2006. Her book of poems Folly River won the first Open Competition of The National Poetry Series, and she was also the editor of Richard Wilbur’s Creation, a collection of essays from the University of Michigan Press.

Her fiction and poetry have appeared in the Kenyon Review, The New Yorker, Ploughshares, the Paris Review, the Virginia Quarterly Review and other journals.

A Guggenheim Fellow, for the past twenty years she’s directed The Unterberg Poetry Center’s Schools Project, a program that brings New York City public high school students to meet with writers and attend readings at the 92nd Street Y.
