Yael Shinar

Yael Shinar was born in California and earned a master’s degree in divinity from Harvard Divinity School. She writes in both English and Hebrew, and her poems have appeared in journals such as the Drunken Boat, Poetry Daily, Third Coast, and the Beloit Poetry Journal. She is currently working toward her MD at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
