Shadow Pt. 2

By Jamie Natonabah
Blurred words surround a block of text offset inside a bordered box. The text reads "startled awake— muscles tight sight of him standing in the door false medicine man biding time neurons in dream sounded an alarm a sense of lightning about to strike."

On the last line of the blurred text fades to the words "doorway of my room ... silently watching me."
