Aaron Fagan

Aaron Fagan was born in Rochester, New York, in 1973 and educated at Hampshire College and Syracuse University. He is the author of five collections, Atom and Void (Princeton University Press, 2025), Pretty Soon (Pilot Press, 2023), A Better Place Is Hard to Find (The Song Cave, 2020), Echo Train (Salt, 2010), and Garage (Salt, 2007). Fagan’s poems have appeared in Granta, Harper’s, The New Republic, and The New York Review of Books, among other publications. He previously served as an assistant editor at Poetry (1998–2002).
