JoAnna Novak

Joanna Novak is the author of four collections of poems: Domestirexia: Poems (Soft Skull Press, 2024), New Life (Black Lawrence Press, 2021), Abeyance, North America (After Hours Editions, 2020), and Noirmania (Inside the Castle, 2018). She is also the author of a novel, I Must Have You (Skyhorse, 2017), and a collection of short stories, Meaningful Work (FC2, 2021), which won the Ronald Sukenick Innovative Fiction Contest. Her work has appeared in the New Yorker, the Paris Review, the New York Times, the Atlantic, and other publications. She co-founded the literary journal and chapbook publisher Tammy.
