Kerima Tariman

Kerima Tariman was a revolutionary poet and a militant for the New People’s Army. She wrote in Tagalog and other Filipino dialects, rejecting English as an anti-imperial act. She was killed in armed battle against the totalitarian regime of Rodrigo Duterte.
